About festival
Constantine the great – Roman festival naissus is a 2 day cultural set up with modern day touch which is a blend of representation and celebration of the rich history and place of Nis in the roman history with entertainment making it the first of its kind happening in nis ,serbia from 31. May – 1 june 2025 .
Its welcoming the people of Nis offering the spirit of history and celebrating the pride of Naissus and aiding in connecting the newer generation to the integral part of there heritage combining it with entertainment and various contents taking themback in time .
Its organised in a way to entertain all age groups from older to younger people even kids . It has a lot to offer though various events like parade of roman soldiers depecting the battle , fashion parade , archery performances , legionars fight and wrestling , swordmenships preformed by international roman troops and interactive sessions for your all curiosities .
And to make it more entertaining for the audience we will have archery and sowrd fighting linned up for the enthusiastic one and for creative parts we will have porttery , costume trials and training camps for children with various fun activities and photo booths to momentize the fest for memories and a variety of drinks, wines and beer with relaxing areas across the venue to enjoy the ambience and soak in the vibe with friends and families would be waiting for you.
And to embrace all our audience we will have music with the range of roman era to Serbian classics going all the way to english and international music to make it much more amazing for all the international audience present .
To make it more intresting we will have treasure hunt to fill the thrill seekers with enthusiasm for which they would have to search for clues and win there price . There will be suprise games for children and nice prices .
There would be special contest open for everyone where they have to follow us on our social media and click a picture in roman inspire costume and with the various site near city centre ( revelead on social media so make sure to follow us), and post those pictures and tag us and selective winners will be rewarded with free vouchers and gifts (for more detail follow us ).
There will be guides across the venue to help and guide you .
